We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as Data Analyst. You will become an integral member of a multicultural team, reporting to Senior Data Analyst and working alongside other like-minded people.

- Developing and upholding reporting to monitor the business activity

- Producing analysis that deliver actionable insights, using data correctly, accurately and effectively

- Supporting the commercial program around CRM: targeting, tests, selections…

- Defining KPIs, interpreting key knowledge derived from studies and communicating them to relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Contact Center)

- Work closely with the Business teams, on improving customer data collection, identifying new opportunities and promote data initiatives

- Share best practices and developments between brands and countries Requirements Education

- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Marketing eCommerce

- Ideally experience working in eCommerce environment

Language

- Fluent in English, French is a plus

Desired Skills / Additional requirements

- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.

- Very good knowledge in SQL and EXCEL (VBA would be an asset)

- Experience with SAS, R, Python is a plus

- Experience with different data mining and forecasting software is a plus

- Experience with BI and visualization tools : Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight

- Experience with Google analytics

- Understanding of digital marketing techniques, technology and marketing campaign strategies
